    Event description

Ballina Shire Council Community Recovery Officers and Human Leaders invite you to a 1-hour workshop.

Join us for lunch from 12-12.30 with the workshop beginning promptly at 12.30pm.

This is an accessible, informative introduction to understanding burnout.

    We will explore:

    • What is burnout?
    • What causes burnout?
    • How to recognise burnout in myself and others
    • Tips for burnout prevention
    • First steps for burnout recovery
    • Opportunities for self-reflection and insight

Facilitated by a Human Leaders director, and designed by a burnout author and expert, this workshop will empower you with the insight you need to understand what causes burnout – and the steps you can take to prevent and recover from burnout.

Each workshop includes an optional 45-min follow up Connect-and-Share Circle one week after the workshop.
Circles create space for people to connect and share their experience through storytelling to heal and support one another.
