Pandora Projects is a specialist family and domestic violence consultancy dedicated to strengthening practice, capability, and safety across the human services sector.

Our work is grounded in contemporary evidence, feminist and relational frameworks, and a deep understanding of the realities of frontline practice.

Pandora Projects delivers training, facilitation, supervision, and implementation support that is practical, reflective, and immediately applicable. We prioritise learning environments that are respectful, inclusive, and psychologically safe, recognising both the impact of violence on victim-survivors and the cumulative toll this work can take on practitioners.
