Sometimes the tiredness isn't from doing too much. It's from doing too much of the wrong things.

Sometimes we're depleted because we've been running past our edges for too long. Other times, the tiredness is quieter. We can rest and still feel drained because so much of our energy is going towards things that no longer feel aligned.

In a world that prizes output over attunement, it can be hard to tell the difference.

This is a two-hour pause to listen more closely.

Together, we'll create space to notice:

the difference between feeling depleted and feeling off-course
what has been filling and emptying your cup
where your energy is currently going
and where you'd like it to go

Through a short visualisation, a breathwork journey and a sound bath, we'll move out of the head and into the body, creating space to slow down, listen inward and notice what resonates for you.

Please speak to us before participating if you have:

- Epilepsy or a history of seizures

- A pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device

- Severe tinnitus, hearing conditions, or significant sound sensitivity

- An acute psychiatric condition, including acute psychosis or PTSD

- Severe or currently acute panic or anxiety symptoms

If you are unsure whether sound healing or breathwork is suitable for you, please consult your healthcare professional before participating.
