🧀✨ Taste, Discover, Celebrate - the Ultimate Burrata Night Out! ✨🧀

Join us at the iconic South Melbourne Market for the very first Burrata Festival, a night market-style celebration of Italy’s most decadent and popular cheese.

Wander through our vibrant festival filled with food vendors dishing up mouth-watering burrata creations, discover and taste artisanal products at local marketplace stalls, and be inspired by live cooking demonstrations from passionate chefs in the Smeg Kitchen, including Jason Shiong from LaManna, and Luca & Marco from Supernorma.

Enjoy plenty of entertainment with live music, roving entertainers, and an Italian Disco DJ set to keep the energy high well into the night.

For those seeking something extra special, our exclusive VIP area offers a more indulgent experience with exclusive lounge access featuring a dedicated bartender + all inclusive pizza bar by Salim Gafayri, while wine lovers can explore the Wine Selectors Masterclass, pairing the perfect drops with our cheese selection.

It’s an unforgettable evening of food, culture, and celebration — all dedicated to the cheese that everyone loves to love.
