Take control of your online life! This three-week, hands-on short course will teach you how to confidently use your smartphone or tablet (both Apple and Android users welcome) to access vital government services, manage your money, and connect with local support.

What You Will Learn:

• Week 1 - 12 November: Government Services in Your Pocket 🏛️

  • Navigate the key platforms: MyGov, My Aged Care, and Centrelink.

  • Learn how to securely log in, check your status, find information, and manage your details—all without leaving home.

• Week 2 - 19 November: Secure Shopping & Banking Online 💳

  • Gain confidence in performing everyday financial tasks on your device.

  • Learn the safest ways to bank online (checking balances, paying bills) and how to shop securely for groceries and other items. We'll focus on identifying safe websites and protecting your data.

• Week 3 - 26 November: Introduction to the ECH App 🏘️

  • Get to know your local support platform.

  • We'll walk you through the key features of the ECH App, helping you find information, manage services, and stay connected with your community support network.
