Finding Doctor Woods at Jindera Pioneer Museum

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Jindera Pioneer Museum has played an integral role in the development of our exhibition Finding Doctor Woods: His Films of Albury and Beyond by lending historic objects and images. Originally located on Swift Street, Albury, Valetta was home to three generations of the Woods family. When it was demolished in 1970, some items from the home were saved by Jindera Pioneer Museum. The staircase and the stained glass give some small idea of the beauty of the building. Join us as we venture out to Jindera to enjoy a Devonshire morning tea, view the stained glass windows and staircase from Valetta and explore the museum and its grounds.

Meet at the Albury LibraryMuseum entrance at 10.00am for a 10.10am bus departure. The bus will return to the LibraryMuseum at 12.45pm.
