This service is provided by Ghost Air on behalf of Noosa Polo & Provedores – Ghost Air provides this service according to the T&Cs below –

Flight times will be confirmed closer to the day.
Helicopter flight offered is from Sunshine Coast Airport to Noosa Polo.
Passengers will be seated with other guests, 4-5 pax per flight. Every effort will be made to ensure you travel with family and friends.
If the event is rescheduled to a different date you will still have a ticket for helicopter arrival on new date.
If you are unable to travel on new date a refund will be issued to paying customers less administration fee.
Due to weather or safety we reserve the right to cancel the flight.
If weather or safety causes cancellation those guests who have paid will be issued a full refund.
Cancelations up to 24 hours prior will forfeit a refund.
