ALL AGES WELCOME! to UNWIND and RECHARGE in NATURE

As part of Griffith University's Market Day we will be opening up the beautiful ABORERTUM once again for BUSH PLAY! 

Please join us for:

Nature craft, bush yoga, mindfulness practice and bush play with nature's loose parts.

WHEN: Friday October 6th 12:30pm - 2pm 

WHERE: Griffith University, Logan Campus, Arboretum, 68 University Dr, Meadowbrook QLD 4131

WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable light weight outdoor clothing, drink bottle and sunsmart protection, insect spray if needed.

COST: LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE!! This event is at no cost thanks to Griffith University Logan Campus for kindly sponsoring the event. FREE PARKING AVAILABLE! 

WHO: Suitable for all ages - Please note that all children must be accompanied by a parent/carer and supervised for the duration of the session

Facilitated by Areta Farrance - Bush Kindy Leader and Qualified Teacher will guide you throughout the afternoon.

Terms and Conditions for GU Logan bush play program:

1. Cancellations Due to Extreme Weather:

The bush play program may be cancelled or modified at the discretion of Bush Kindy Teaching due to extreme weather conditions, such as severe storms, high winds, or heatwaves.

2. Photography and Media Release:

Bush Kindy Teaching may take photographs or videos during bush play program for promotional and educational purposes.

By registering your child in the program, you grant Bush Kindy Teaching the right to use images and videos of your child for promotional and educational purposes without any compensation.

IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO HAVE PHOTOS /VIDEOS TAKEN OF YOU OR YOUR CHILD PLEASE SEE ARETA - BUSH KINDY TEACHER ON ARRIVAL.

3. Injury and Risk:

Participation in the bush play program involves inherent risks associated with outdoor activities, including but not limited to minor injuries, scrapes, and falls.

Parents are responsible for informing Bush Kindy Teaching of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or disabilities that may affect their child's participation.

While our bush kindy teacher will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all participants, parents acknowledge that accidents can occur.

4. Conduct and Behaviour:

Parents are responsible for ensuring their child's behaviour is appropriate and respectful towards other participants, staff, and the environment.

Bush Kindy Teaching reserves the right to terminate a child's participation in the program if their behaviour is consistently disruptive or poses a risk to others' safety.

5. Medical Emergencies:

In the event of a medical emergency, Bush Kindy Teaching will take all reasonable steps to seek appropriate medical attention for the child.

6. Privacy Policy:

Personal information provided during the registration process will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Bush Play program.

7. Personal Belongings:

All personal belongings including rubbish need to be removed at the end of the program. Bush Kindy Teaching take no responsibility for lost or damaged items.

8. Smoking and Alcohol

Smoking/vaping and or the consumption of alcohol is NOT permitted during Bush Kindy Teaching programs.
