Join us for Bush Tucker and Wellbeing an engaging and interactive experience exploring the connection between food, culture and health with Dale Tilbrook.
In this session, you’ll learn about the nutritional value and healing properties of Australian native foods and medicinal plants. Discover how food has long been used as both nourishment and medicine, and gain insight into the knowledge and traditions of First Nation's culture.
Enjoy tasting a variety of wellbeing foods and herbs, and sample bush tucker teas and snacks inspired by these native ingredients. This is a unique opportunity to experience, learn and connect through food.

Presented by Dale Tilbrook
Dale Tilbrook is a respected Wardandi Bibbulmun woman, educator, and founder of Maalinup Aboriginal Gallery. She is passionate about sharing knowledge of Aboriginal culture, particularly the traditional uses of native plants for food and healing. Through her engaging workshops, Dale connects people with the rich cultural heritage of Australia’s First Nations communities.
