Bush Tucker Workshop
Palawa kipli is offering a one-hour bush tucker workshop, educating people on her cultural native bush foods (Tasmanian Aboriginal food).
Kitana Mansell a proud young palawa women, who will present and share her cultural food and cooking knowledge with native edible plants on show. Kitana will then offer light native food/ drinks to showcase ways we can be more sustainable with our local ingredients. The importance of supporting Aboriginal businesses, who are the owners of these bush foods and how her ancestors survived and thrived of these food resources for tens of thousands of years and still do today.
