See for yourself what advanced engineering looks like at our next BA5 at TAE Aerospace where we’ll take a tour of their incredible facility!

TAE Aerospace at Bundamba is the largest Gas Turbine Maintenance Repair and Overhaul facility in the Southern Hemisphere where work is carried out on several different engines from several different manufacturers. They maintain engines from General Electric GE414 out of the F18 Super Hornets based at Amberley, Pratt & Whitney F135 out of the JSF F35 and the Honeywell AGT1500 that is in the Australian Army Abrams Main Battle Tank amongst other engines. There are currently over 200 staff working in the Bundamba facility.

For security purposes, attendees will be asked to provide identification details, including full name, date of birth, nationality and drivers licence number. All details will be treated in strict confidence and only used for the purpose of background checks for the visit and tour of the secure facilities.

No electronic devices, such as phones, cameras or smart watches will be permitted during the tour within the maintenance facilities. There will be an area for guests to leave their devices within the admin facility.
