Our hosts Spangled Drongo Brewing and Caldera Brewing Co are putting collaboration into practice, joining forces to open The Coop, a shared taproom at Spangled Drongo's Murwillumbah brewing facility.

It's a great example of two local businesses thinking differently about competition — finding a way to work together to broaden their offering, grow their combined revenue and strengthen their competitive edge.

We'll hear their story and what brought the collaboration about, including the opportunities they've identified by sharing a space while retaining their individual businesses and identities.

We'll then broaden the conversation with a lively panel featuring people from across different industries who have had to think creatively, look beyond the boundaries of their own businesses and find strength in collaboration.
