Business Breakfast: Change & Transformation
Built for what's next

How do people and organisations successfully adapt when change is constant and the future feels uncertain? What mindsets, decisions and experiences help us navigate transformation with confidence, and emerge stronger on the other side?

Join Western Sydney University, The College for a Business Breakfast in the heart of Parramatta, where we explore these questions with leaders who have embraced change, worked through real challenges, and turned uncertainty into meaningful progress.

Your speakers

Three leaders will share candid, practical insights drawn from their own experience:

Dr Aniss Chami, CEO and Co-founder of Vitex Pharmaceuticals, one of Australia's leading voices in manufacturing, innovation and skills development.

Anika Scargill, Executive Manager of Behavioural Change at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, who has led some of the Bank's largest and most complex transformations.

Kerry Robinson OAM, CEO of Blacktown City Council, with more than two decades of executive experience shaping infrastructure and communities across the region.
