Your Human Design chart is not a personality quiz. It is a practical operating manual for how you work best, sell best, launch best, and sustain your energy as a founder.
Most founders I work with have spent years building businesses shaped by someone else’s strategy. Copied launch models and offer structures that drain them, and implemented operational rhythms that belong to a completely different energy type. The result is friction, burnout, and the persistent feeling that something is off — even when results are good.
Business by Design is a working session, not a theory session.
Over the course of this intimate lunch, you will learn how to read your Human Design chart as a strategic business tool and leave with a clear, practical map for how to apply it across every layer of how you operate.

About me, your host and guide, Lily Eid:
I'm a Career and Business Psychologist, Leadership Strategist, and Integrative Practitioner. I'm also a 3 x Founder and Mum of two.
For the last seven years I've been working with founders, leaders, and teams across Australia ~ helping them understand the full picture of how they operate: their behavioural wiring, their productivity style, and their energetic design.
I built the LBD Unique Human Operating System™ because the field kept selling single-lens solutions to multi-layer problems. Behavioural assessments explain your behaviours and productivity profiling confirms your best areas of contribution, while Human Design explains your energetic pace. None of them are enough on their own, and the founders burning out were the ones no one had shown how to integrate all three.
Business by Design is the application of that work ~ specifically for how founders build, sell, recruit and sustain.

- Is this suitable for both service and product-based businesses?
Yes. The frameworks covered apply regardless of your business model. What matters is understanding how you are wired to work, sell, and sustain energy — not what you sell.
- Do I need to know my Human Design chart before attending?
No — but it helps. If you know your Energy Type, Strategy, and Authority, you will get more from the session. If you don’t, you can access a copy here from my website.
- How many people will be there?
15 founders per city. The room is intentionally small so the conversation stays real and the learning is applied, not generic.
- How is this different from a Human Design reading?
A reading explores your chart. This session teaches you how to apply it strategically inside your business. The focus is practical and operational, not personal.
- Is this event suitable for beginners in business?
Yes, provided you have an active business or are in the early stages of building one. This is not a business fundamentals session — it assumes you are already operating and looking to work smarter, not start from scratch.
- Will Lily be presenting the whole time?
The session is hosted and led by Lily, but it is designed as a working session with reflection and discussion built in — not a straight lecture.
