As a valued Business Chamber Queensland member, you are invited to Business Chamber Queensland's 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, November 29, 2023.
You are encouraged to participate in the AGM by:
- Reading the Notice of Meeting and accompanying documents within it;
- Attending the AGM virtually (agenda),
- Submitting your Proxy Form in accordance with the instructions in the Notice of Meeting;
- Asking questions to the Board of concerning matters to be considered at the AGM
Prior registration is required for members to attend the AGM. Register your attendance by 10am November 27.
You are requested you fill in the proxy form as early as possible, if you would like a proxy to attend the AGM on your behalf. Full details are included in the Notice of meeting and the Proxy form.
The Board looks forward to sharing with you what Business Chamber Queensland has achieved and our future direction.
