Business Chamber Queensland member, Tamborine Mountain Distillery, an award-winning manufacturer of boutique liqueurs and spirits will share the story about how the distillery has become the highly awarded and successful business it is today.

Hear from Gordon Chalmers, General Manager and Head Distiller, about how they survived the Covid global pandemic that decimated their international tourism and export markets, and how they met local challenges like having to build their distillation systems and factories without the use of town water or council supplied sewage treatment systems, which led to designing their own solar power system that now sells their excess energy back to grid.
