We’re delighted to welcome Nikki Greentree from the Sunshine Coast Airport’s People and Performance team who will relay her experiences in recruiting for many and diverse roles across the aviation industry - as well as partnering with universities, schools and organisations like The Smith Family, to attract the skills the Airport and its partners need.

Nikki Greentree, Group People & Performance Officer
Sunshine Coast Airport
Nikki joined Sunshine Coast Airport in 2021 working in the People and Performance team to help drive and deliver the Airport’s People Strategy. The People Strategy is designed to unlock potential within the workforce, driving performance and contributing to the growth and long-term vision of Sunshine Coast Airport.
Nikki came to Sunshine Coast Airport as an experienced HR professional, having previously focused on the areas of recruitment, injury management and return to work, and general HR. In her current role, Nikki oversees end to end HR functions such as recruitment, ER/IR, wellbeing and employee engagement, while also partnering with the Executive Leadership Team to provide advice and guidance on best practices for both the business and the employee.
Nikki holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management from UniSC and has participated in numerous community connection initiatives including Work Inspiration Days with The Smith Family, Day for Daniel, and hosting fundraising events for Cancer Council.
