The Talanoa session looks at the basics of Business Continuity Planning (BCP specifically for Business Health and Safety.

Here are some of the topics and questions we will address during this workshop:

• Risk identification
• If you have determined that it is not essential for your business to operate during a crisis, your BCP should resolve around safely shutting down and ensuring your workers are fully informed of what safely shutting down is
• What does post-cleanup look like? How can your business recover and what conversations should be help before the 'Starting Up' phase?
