DeBa is an on-the-job leadership development program inspired by the cultures of elite teams, simplified and made practical for every workplace. Utilising leadership practices that are in-grained within the fighter pilot psyche, and Adam will explain how they can be applied across any team with tips and techniques for the audience, including practical actionable steps they can implement in their workplaces.
