The Business for Good Sector Development Program is for social enterprises, First Nations owned businesses, B Corps and small businesses who are interested in intentionally embedding social and environmental impact into their businesses.

Our Business for Good workshop series will cover a range of small business fundamentals topics with an impact lens to help SA small businesses build key knowledge and capabilities to drive social and environmental impact through sustainable business development and growth.

Workshop 6: Impact Measurement and Evaluation

Do you want to clearly communicate the impact of your work using compelling evidence? Not sure where to start?

Social impact is the positive change that our ventures contribute to. We see in our clients, their families, communities and sometimes even in ourselves.
Impact measurement is simply the process of organising the information we see, hear and feel that tells us these positive changes are happening.

Together we will explore creative approaches to impact measurement for social enterprises and businesses. You will gain practical tips to help you:

Identify reasons to measure your social impact
Recognise common challenges in measuring impact and learn simple solutions
Learn how to: discover your outcomes, identify the best methods to collect your impact data and, increase confidence in communicating your outcomes.

This workshop will be led by Eleanor Booth, Managing Director and Founder of For-Purpose Evaluations. Waanyi and Garawa man Shouwn Oosting will be joining the session as a provocateur to provide a much needed First Nations business lens to the topic.

Places are limited and registrations are essential so get in quick to avoid disappointment. This workshop will be delivered fully on Zoom.
