Business for Good Workshop: Impact Model Design
Description
Who is this for?
This workshop is designed for South Australian small businesses that are passionate about making a difference. Whether you're a social enterprise, a First Nations owned business, a certified B Corp, or a small or family business looking to embed social and environmental impact into your operations - you’re warmly invited to join us.
About the Workshop
Curious about how to create real, lasting impact through your business? Wondering how to embed purpose into your model in a way that’s both strategic and sustainable?
We’re going back to basics, revisiting the Business for Good fundamentals to ensure your enterprise is built on strong, impact-driven foundations.
In this interactive workshop, the Collab4Good team will unpack key concepts and practical frameworks to help you understand what “business for good” truly means. Together, we’ll explore your WHY, unpack different impact and business models, and draw on First Nations business knowledge and practices to deepen our understanding of purpose-led enterprise.
You’ll also be introduced to systems thinking and systems change, helping you zoom out and see how your business fits into the broader movement for social, environmental and economic transformation.
A key feature of the session is the Theory of Change framework - a practical tool to help you strategically and intentionally embed impact into your business model. Whether you’re just starting out or refining your approach, you’ll leave with greater clarity and confidence in your impact strategy.
