    Are you interested in learning how you can keep your financial & strategic records in Excel? Or understanding what business structures are?

    In this workshop attendees will learn all this, plus gain some useful Business Administration tips to help with the early stages of business startup.

    With mentor Stirling Tavenar as your guide you can learn the best ways to maximise efficiencies and future developments.

    Stirling Tavener is the founder of Anson Advisory, a business and agribusiness consultancy firm specialising in: business management, financial projections, bank negotiations & capital raising, business coaching, and governance & chairman type services. Stirling develops and assists the implementation of financial and business management tools, and methods to improve business processes and efficiencies for a wide range of business types.

    He has degrees in Business (Masters in Finance and Accounting), Science and Agricultural Science, qualifications from the Institute of Managers & Leaders and from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

    Among other things Stirling founded Bugs Alive in 2020, growing insects for the live petfood, human and livestock protein markets, and iIn 2016 he founded ‘Cocovera’, natural moisturiser products made from coconut oil and aloe vera. He is also a cane farmer, on the board of Regional Development Australia Tropical North, Treasurer of Tropical North Queensland Regional Food Network (a not-for-profit helping add value to local produce) and has a number of other board roles.

    Prior to establishing Anson Advisory, Stirling was a business banker for 7 years, a grains consultant and an agribusiness analyst. His quest for new adventures has seen him travel through over 70 countries, which has also made him appreciate Australia.
