Hi, I’m Felicity Lerouge, a leadership coach and certified HeartMath Practitioner.

What lights me up is helping people be at their best — body, mind, and Heart Sense.

I ran a leadership development consultancy for over 12 years, working with clients such as British Airways, Société Générale Global Bank, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, as well as not-for-profits, SMEs, and start-ups. I was also part of Tony Robbins’ Senior Leadership Team, working at global events for many years, and a NeuroChange Solutions Consultant for Dr Joe Dispenza.

Through this work, I witnessed first-hand how many individuals and organisations pursue success without addressing the physiological impact of sustained pressure. Over time, stress and burnout erode focus, decision-making, performance, and relationships — even in highly capable teams. This chronic strain also disrupts Heart Sense: the inner capacity to perceive clearly, regulate effectively, and respond with discernment under pressure.

When the nervous system remains in a prolonged stress response, it shifts into survival mode (fight, flight, or freeze). In this state, clarity is diminished, performance suffers, and relationships deteriorate. From this physiological baseline, achieving consistent, meaningful success becomes increasingly difficult.

When the autonomic nervous system is regulated, however, people regain clarity, focus, and access to Heart Sense. They are able to meet complexity with steadiness, make better decisions, and sustain performance without depleting themselves. The tools and technologies I use to support this regulation were developed by the HeartMath Institute, whose respected, peer-reviewed research and case studies have been at the cutting edge of neuroscience and the study of heart intelligence for more than 30 years.

With a consistent baseline practice, clients are able to regulate their nervous system and perform at a high level — without burnout. This is why HeartMath has long-standing relationships in the US with first responders such as police, fire services, hospital staff, the military, and corporate organisations. The tools are effective, quick to learn, easy to apply in any environment, and support lasting change without adding to already overloaded systems.
