Christine Boucher spent over 20 years working in the healthcare industry as a Registered Nurse, specialising in Cardio-thoracic Intensive Care. She is the CEO of Wellness Worx and has worked with Government organisations, small and medium businesses preparing and delivering their strategic 12-month Health and Well-Being Plan. Facilitating health, stress, resilience, positive mindset, and performance workshops. Coaching individuals, groups and leadership teams through building healthy culture, team dynamics, wellbeing and healthy communication. Wellness Worx partners with a multinational organisation delivering education and training to Wellness Support Officers to deliver wellness across rural and regional Australia.

Describing herself as an engaged and empathetic relationship builder; Christine holds a Bachelor of Nursing Degree, Diploma Critical Care Nursing, Diploma Bowen Therapy, Level 3 Health & Wellness Coaching and a Master’s in Business Administration. Christine has been a finalist and won awards in the Gippsland Business Awards, East Gippsland Business Awards, HCANZA Health Coach of the year and the Victorian Community Achievement Awards 2021 Runner up.
