This two-day Business of Farming Planning Workshop is designed to help farmers step back from the day-to-day workload and focus on the bigger picture of their business. Over the two days, we will explore your “why” and help clarify what you want the farm to achieve for you, your family, and the future of the business. We will then work through practical tools to track and understand business performance, including how to interpret key figures, measure profitability and identify opportunities for improvement. The workshop is focused on practical outcomes, giving participants clear frameworks and numbers they can take back to their own businesses to support better decision making and long-term profitability.
