What is the Business Plan Sprint?

Fancy the idea of creating a comprehensive Business Plan in 2 days?

It literally is a sprint. Over two day's during a one week period, participants will experience a business bootcamp with an outcome of a business plan. It is a gamified approach to business planning and importantly educates on business while collecting data throughout the game. The Business Plan Sprint utilises the unique app (bizezi) to collect data during the game to bring your personalised business plan to life.

The sprint runs Wednesday 9:30am - 3:30pm and Friday 9:30am - 3:30pm.

What does it do?

In the Business Plan Sprint we have gameified the business planning process, breaking the Business Plan down into manageable parts. Through the workshop you will use our Bizezi app to simply and easily create a Business Plan, that you will actually use!

The course is approved for participation by the Regional Business Partner Network and available across Aotearoa New Zealand.
Some applicants will be able to apply for a capability building grant from the Regional Business Partner Network, via their approved partners.

Bizezi Training (Formally Rebel Business School Aotearoa) provides FREE to attend business activation programmes for communities across Aotearoa. Their graduate programme provides access to tools, processes, deals, mentoring and products enabling sustainable business growth. Additionally they have a Business Planning app (bizeziapp.com) that gamifies the front-end of the business plan and focuses business owners on validation and business model. The app is a core part of their Validation Sprint and Business Plan Sprint programmes. They have in-person, hybrid and online business activation programmes.

Over the past seven years (better known as Rebel Business School Aotearoa) Bizezi Training have worked with over 1,800 small businesses across Aotearoa including areas like Tolaga Bay, Te Kaha and Kawerau. They are a data rich organisation with Longitudinal Study data. The Bizezi Training Flagship Programmes range from 1-2 days through to 10-day business activation. Bizezi Training have worked closely to deliver their programmes with multiple councils, economic development agencies, corporates and central government.
