Business Under Fire: How a Ukrainian Retailer Managed the First 100 Days of War
When Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, businesses were forced to adapt rapidly to unprecedented disruption. This seminar explores how a major Ukrainian retail company navigated the first 100 days of war, responding to supply chain breakdowns, workforce displacement, and extreme uncertainty.
Drawing on this real-world case study, Dr. Ostap Salovskyi examines what effective change management looks like when organisations must respond not only to market dynamics, but to the realities of war. The session offers valuable insights into institutional resilience, crisis leadership, and economic adaptation under pressure.
