Why, for so many people, are courageous conversations the hardest part of any given work week,
even when they’re so clearly the right thing to do?
Our guest speaker, Glen Sharkey, was once talked into loading his car up with nine young people,
including two in the boot, because of his unwillingness to have a courageous conversation. At some
point he realised what a dangerous endeavor they were embarking on, and found the courage to
stand up to these young people.
By attending this session you will learn:
why we avoid having them and why we absolutely shouldn’t
understanding elements of persuasion and influence to steer people towards a positive
conclusion
