Brisbane, Business Women Australia Roundtable: Navigating Change in 2026

A conversation about transitions, opportunities, and growth for the year ahead.

Start the year with intention and insight at the Business Women Australia Roundtable Lunch hosted by Change Specialist Tracy Cooper and Helen Nan, CFP.

Held at the prestigious Tattersall’s Club, Brisbane, this long table lunch brings together successful women leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs for a rich discussion about navigating change – whether that be personally, professionally, or organisationally in 2026.

Enjoy a delicious 2-course plated meal, a glass of wine, or a refreshing beverage while engaging in a confidential, peer-led conversation that explores what transformations may be ahead and how we can approach them with wisdom, courage, and clarity.

Together, we’ll unpack:

The opportunities and challenges of personal, career, and organisational change
Real-world stories of transition, growth, and resilience
The beliefs and behaviours that help (or hinder) us as we evolve

And as your host, Tracy will share practical approaches for leading and living well through change, including key components for success you can utilise in your change planning.

This meaningful conversation offers a relaxed and genuine way to connect, as we share experiences, insights, and strategies to thrive in times of transition.

You’ll leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and ready to embrace 2026 with purpose and connection.

Non-Members considering joining Business Women Australia, Tattersalls Club Women, guests, and friends are welcome to join our Leaders and Members in this meaningful conversation.

However, numbers are limited to ensure that every voice at the table is heard. Business Women Australia Conscious Communication guidelines and Chatham House rules will be in place - what is said at the table, stays at the table.

In addition to our monthly national online member meetings and cafe conversations, we’re aiming to gather at Tattersall's Club at the beginning of every second month for meaningful dialogue on the topics that make a difference.
