FY2023 Q3 Check-In

This 'invitation only' event is exclusively for those who attended the first businessPT "From Burnout to Breakthrough" workshop in November 2022 at CBRIN. You will recall, a key element of the businessPT method is the regular, periodic check-in. 


Purpose of this event:

  • It will give you a deadline to complete your first fitness plan. We recognize the first version of your training plan will be the most challenging, so don't overthink it, just do it. Remember you are always welcome to check in with me for some guidance (give me a call on 0427 27 27 54 or email 
  • It will provide an opportunity to reflect on what you learned during the November workshop, and how you have been able to deploy this in your own life
  • It will give you an opportunity to optimize and update your current training plan 
  • It will provide a chance for you to catch up with your workshop colleagues, share your news and catch up on how everyone is going
  • It will encourage you to access the additional businessPT benefits that were made available after the November workshop, these include the 45-minute individual check-in (for those who are yet to make use of this opportunity), the 'businessPT Training Squad' private Facebook group, and the November workshop notes and resources (available within the Facebook group).

  • Looking Forward - March > June 2023 Fitness Assessment Optimisation. A look at your goals for the next few months and what needs to be updated in your current training plan in order to achieve those goals
  • Masterclass - A chance to access our collective wisdom and take a 'deep dive' into a specific topic. These topics were nominated via the feedback survey. You will be asked to nominate your preferred topic during the event registration process.
