Busso Choir Workshop 2024

“A joyous day of fun, great music, camaraderie and soul-uplifting harmonies.”

Join us for an afternoon of choral four-part music sure to be filled with lots of learning and laughter, led by Louise Bell of Bell’s Inspired Music, in conjunction and collaboration with The New Rechoirments. Participants will feature in an evening concert to showcase all that you’ve learned.

Workshop 

• Doors open from 11.30am
• Workshop runs from 12-5pm, with breaks for lunch and afternoon tea break.
• Cost includes a whole afternoon of joyful singing, a cuppa and biccie or two, and sheet music that's yours to keep (emailed to you ahead of time).

Concert 

Friends, family, and music-loving locals are invited to join us from 6-7pm for a concert showcasing the outcomes of the day, featuring performances by The New Rechoirments and special guests!

About Louise Bell
Louise Bell - teacher, singer, instrumentalist and fire twirler. What more could you want from a conductor and musical director?! With a wealth of choral experience both on the podium and in the choir, a Music Performance degree and Masters of Vocal Music up her sleeve, you will be in safe hands.

Having taught music to all kind of groups, of all kinds of ages, Louise will work with you through the day, (with a little help from her friends) all the while filling your heart with the joy of singing in a 4 part choir.

About The New Rechoirments
The New Rechoirments are your friendly neighbourhood choir. Founded in 2013 and hailing from the suburbs of Perth, they share a love of singing together, cups of tea and cake. The New Rechoirments are an acapella SATB choir who sing everything from gospel to pop to highland ballads, creating wholesome harmonies mixed with playful energy. The New Rechoirments have performed at festivals in Perth, Denmark, Dunsborough, Busselton and Guildford under the musical direction of Louise Bell
