But Y? Lessons from Y Combinator

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Find out what it means to get accepted into Y Combinator (YC) from a panel of amazing UNSW startups who have been through the iconic program.

Join us for a light breakfast as UNSW Founders alumni Forage and Workflow86 offer unique perspectives on the YC process: relevant whether you're a startup founder, or someone interested in finding out more.

Y Combinator is a global startup accelerator which has helped the likes of Stripe, AirBnB, and DropBox reach unicorn status. Since 2005 they’ve invested in over 3,500 companies with a combined valuation nearing $1T.

Get the inside information on how these companies got selected, what it means to join a global accelerator and how these founders are finding success.

Note: this is an in-person-only event with limited space available.

  • Can't make it? Please cancel your ticket so we can offer your spot to someone else.
  • We're keeping it COVID-safe: if you are feeling unwell on the day, please do not attend.
