It's wonderful to be able to grow your own meat, but do you know how to process it, and make it ready for your table? This is accessible for anyone, no matter what their skill and abilities, with a few tips and techniques.
This workshop will focus on sheep, starting with a carcass, but will also talk about how to get to that point. We'll also talk about some of the pros and cons of processing other animals such as cows, pigs, ducks and chickens
