Want to level up your cupcake skills and pipe buttercream flowers? Come along to this interactive workshop!

You will walk away with a box of treats you have decorated yourself and a whole bundle of knowledge about creating different designs, with the confidence to try again at home! This class is best suited for those who have attended the 101 class or are confident with basic rosettes and want to extend their skills.

Learning outcomes:

- how to make buttercream, including colouring and flavouring

- learn how to fill a piping bag easily, with no mess

- hands on experience to pipe basic buttercream flowers with a variety of nozzles.

All you need to bring along is yourself, everything else is supplied!

Children 12+ are welcome to attend if accompanied by a paying adult, both must have a ticket.
