BWA Members Only: Online Courageous Conversation - "Authentic Me, Who Am I?"

Event description

This online Member-only Courageous Conversation is an opportunity for personal development as we lean into meaningful connections with fellow members of Business Women Australia, facilitated by BWA leaders Lyn Hawkins and Vida Carlino.

This month we explore the notion of authenticity, and dig more deeply into who we are and how we show up.Authenticity comes from being true to self, our values, and spirit. We are more genuine, real, and sincere when we are aligned with our deepest beliefs and principles, rather than conforming to expectations or trying to be someone we are not.

This conversation just might help us understand and accept ourselves as we explore internal values and beliefs, being open and honest as we navigate the challenging notion of being authentic. As we pose the question of "Who am I, really?" we will navigate how to live an authentic life that is true to who we are, aligned to our purpose.

If this resonates with you, we welcome you to join this open, deep conversation facilitated by BWA Leaders Lyn Hawkins and Vida Carlino, within "safe parameters" aligned with the BWA Cultural DNA Blueprint.  This is a non-judgmental space for exploration, growth, acceptance, understanding and empowerment.

If you have been looking to connect more deeply with other business, executive and professional women, this conversational event is for you.

What is the BWA Cultural Blueprint?

Business Women Australia (BWA) offers experiences that facilitate personal development for leaders and explorers. Our members describe profound changes and deep understandings as we navigate challenging and enlightening themes during courageous conversations. These insights and learnings help develop the way we lead ourselves and interact with others in workplaces, homes and broader communities.

BWA events have been described as uniquely different to most networking experiences. They are designed to embrace both masculine and feminine energies, within a culture that has evolved since Business Women Australia was first established in 2015.

The parameters of BWA Courageous Conversations align with our values and culture as a way of holding space, leaning in to vulnerability and authenticity, understanding self and supporting others, while practising the art of active listening, inclusion and empowering others. This ensures safe, brave and meaningful connections.

All members of BWA are invited to join us online each month as we explore a different theme and topic.
