Join this online panel-led conversation with our host, BWA National Director, Lyn Hawkins, together with Dr Sacha Fulton, Founder of Peak Preparation and Angie Bain, Well-being, Health and Performance guru at Fremantle Dockers. This experienced, diverse panel will share their experiences and insights as we consider the new measures of leadership and team success that recognise the importance of health and well-being.

As our community's understanding of leadership effectiveness has evolved post-pandemic, major shifts have been made to incorporate more meaningful health measures and well-being initiatives that are more impactful than the historical, token mental health day morning tea.

Join this insightful webinar and panel discussion, as we consider the changing definitions of leadership and success, exploring a range of powerful ideas, programs, research, and partnerships that leaders can incorporate to empower individuals and teams to generate improvements in well-being and healthier outcomes.

This roundtable discussion will appeal to corporate and enterprise managers, business owners, HR professionals, Learning and Development directors and leaders in sports organisations, the performing arts, racing, athletics, and community organisations, as well as health and research entities.

As it has become clear that leaders are responsible for the well-being of their teams and communities, join us online as we explore valuable insights, lessons, pathways and questions to consider, including:

What is health and well-being and why does it matter, when it comes to teams, in the workplace and in our broader communities?
