As the owner of Peak Preparation and an Australian leader in sports science, Sacha offers over 15 years’ experience in the field of scientific training and preparation techniques for individuals, organisations, community groups and schools. Sacha is a Keynote speaker on subjects ranging from leadership, team performance and motivation, to health, nutrition and wellbeing. As an Accredited Sports Scientist Sacha is sought for her expertise as a coach consultant, and also as an athlete and team preparation specialist at local, state, national and Olympic levels. Sacha has been interviewed on numerous Podcasts, at Conferences and Panel events. She designs bespoke content and transformational workshops tailored to meet the needs of teams and groups to achieve the outcomes desired. Sacha collaborates with corporate, business associations, education and community groups, teams and individuals to prepare for and achieve their goals.

ABOUT ANGIE BAIN:

Angie is a qualified counsellor and educator specialising in Wellbeing and Performance.

Angie adopts a person-centred approach and draws on a variety of theoretical approaches as a means of achieving individual, team and organisational health and human performance.

She has spent her professional career working in the Elite Sports inclusive of recent roles with the AFL Players Association (AFLPA), Australian Cricketer’s Association (ACA) and the Australian Hockey and Netball Teams in athlete development, wellbeing counselling and mental health case management. More recently she has been incorporating wellbeing initiatives, education and programs as the Head of Wellbeing for staff and players at the Fremantle Dockers Football Club (AFL).

With graduate and post graduate qualifications in sports science, sports psychology, coaching, career counselling and counselling she has a variety of expertise in maximising professional and personal performance, but also influences the work environment and strategic direction of an organisation in relation to health, wellbeing and organisational performance of its people.

ABOUT LYN HAWKINS:

Lyn is the National Director of Business Women Australia and a management consultant with a focus on business growth, marketing and cultural transformation. She has held senior roles with KPMG, HHG Legal Group, HLB Mann Judd and Telstra, in addition to General Management roles with technology-based businesses. As a Principal of a successful consulting practice Lyn works predominantly with professional services firms (legal, accounting and technology) and executive teams developing and implementing business development strategies.
