Black Wealth Summit 2026

The Black Wealth Summit (BWS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to closing the racial wealth gap by teaching people how to build, grow, and sustain wealth at every stage of life. Our mission is powered by a clear and radical “why”: to educate as many people as possible about financial wellness, wealth-building, and sustainable management. Through strategic partnerships with leading financial institutions, tax professionals, real estate moguls and estate planning experts, we create premier experiences that empower our community with real knowledge and practical tools.

Now celebrating its fifth anniversary, the Black Wealth Summit returns to Washington, D.C., in May 2026 for a powerful, multi-day experience at the Westin. Rooted in culture, community, and economic empowerment, this year’s Summit will feature intimate fireside chats, expert-led breakout sessions, and meaningful networking opportunities.

Attendees will gain actionable strategies in areas like investing, real estate, taxes, artificial intelligence, credit, insurance, entrepreneurship, crypto, and estate planning — all designed to meet you where you are, whether you're just beginning your journey or deep into building generational wealth.

New this year, BWS is partnering with HBCU Connect to host a job fair, bringing top employers to the D.C. area to support employment opportunities and help connect our community with meaningful career paths.

Important Notice

The Black Wealth Summit was originally scheduled for December 2025 and has been rescheduled to May 2026. There will not be a 2025 Black Wealth Summit.

Refunds for 2025 Summit tickets were available through December 31, 2025. All tickets that were not refunded in that time frame have been automatically transferred to the May 2026 event and are not eligible for refunds.
