This "By the Ocean" themed dinner offers a unique dining experience, featuring a beautifully curated 3 course menu of exquisite seafood dishes paired with premium Australian boutique wines. Each wine has been carefully selected to complement the flavours of the ocean, creating a perfect harmony of tastes.

The evening will be guided by Audrey from Kerlili Wines, who will share insights about the wines and offer pairing tips. It’s a great chance to enjoy full glasses of wine alongside a thoughtfully prepared meal and learn more about the world of wine and the winemakers behind the label.

• Entrée: Breaded Mooloolaba King prawns with lemon marjoram hollandaise sauce
