"Training Baraw Sugbo with Aimo allows me to work through my subconscious fear responses in a safe, positive environment- which has radically improved my self-confidence and ability to regulate in any stressful situation. As well as useful self-defense skills, coming to classes is also just really fun and social. Aimo’s teaching style is beautifully balanced in practical theory, spiritual integration and ongoing self-inquisition. His practice comes directly from Baraw Sugbo’s original lineage in the Philippines, where it is quickly gaining international recognition as a highly effective defensive method in real world combat."
