Come unwind from the week and set some intentions for the weekend ahead, get out of the mind and into the body with a guided breathflow and ice bath at belongil beach.
Bring your body, towel, swimmers, water and an open heart.
Ice bath is provided.
The tickets will be $15 including the booking fee.
