Learn how to make incredible, gourmet, satisfying plant based meals at home!

Join talented chef and author Katie White in her home in Alstonvale, in the Byron Bay Hinterland region as she guides you all to make delicious plant-based recipes that are packed full with flavour!

This class will give you new and exciting ways to cook incredible home made vegan meals that will satisfy everyone in the family.

We will cover delicious lunches and satisfying dinners, as well as luxurious desserts including how to bake vegan cakes. We'll also touch on plant based nutrition and lifestyle tips too!

Suitable for anyone interested in plant based food including flexitarians, vegetarians, plant based, or vegans and at any stage of your culinary journey.

By the end of the class, you will leave loaded with inspiration for delicious vegan recipes, new skills and resources to carry into your own homes and use for years to come.

Classes run from 10am-4pm.

Please note: Public dates for this class require at least 2 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we'll cancel the class; in this case we'll inform you and allow you to get a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class.
