Thank you for booking your space at the next Byron Bay Sweat Lodge, we are looking forward to seeing you there.

On the day, please arrive at 6 pm for a 6:30 pm start. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, it's best to have a light lunch and then fast until after the lodge. Bring a water bottle, sarong, towel, and a bandana to help catch the sweat inside the lodge.

The address is 568 Myocum Road, Myocum. The sight sits within a small community, as a respect to the community, once you enter onto the land, please keep to a 15 km speed limit max. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. Also, they ask that cars don’t sit idling.

As you enter the property you will turn right, drive slowly past the shed on your left, and when you come to the T, head right. You will see us straight ahead. Again, it is vital you drive at a max of 15 km per hour.

Once you reach the site, park on the right-hand side of the drive, we will be there to guide you. Please be aware that the ground may be a bit wet if it has been raining.
