You’re Invited: Open Day at Byron Bay Wildlife Hospital HQ!

We’re thrilled to welcome you to a special Open Day at our brand-new Byron Bay Wildlife Hospital headquarters in Lennox Head! This is a unique opportunity to step inside our state-of-the-art facility and see firsthand how we care for the sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife of the North Coast.

This event is open to everyone in our community, including wildlife carers, local GP veterinary practices, and our invaluable volunteers. Come and:

• Explore our new hospital and discover the cutting-edge facilities we’ve created to support wildlife rescue and rehabilitation.

• Meet our passionate team of veterinarians, wildlife carers, and volunteers who work tirelessly to protect and care for native animals.

• Learn how you can get involved whether through volunteering, partnerships, or community support, there are many ways to make a difference.

The below will also be available on the day for you to enjoy:

☕ Coffee – Available for purchase from the Wowzer Coffee Cart
🥪 Sandwiches & slices – Fresh from Martins Bakery, Ballina
🧃 Refreshments – Water, juices & kombucha will be available
🍦 Ice creams – Generously donated by Yumbar
🌿 Nature activities – Fun for kids (and the young at heart!) with Junior Wildlife Ranger

Please Note: Our on-site parking at BBWH will be used during the day for event setup, and other spaces in the complex are for the neighbouring businesses. But don’t worry — there’s plenty of free street parking nearby!
