I hope this message finds you in a space of joy and good vibes. I wanted to share some exciting news about our upcoming yoga retreat, and it's with immense gratitude and excitement that I write this post.
Originally, our journey was destined for the enchanting land of Bali this August. However, Katie’s and my intuition, that wise guide within, led us to reconsider and choose to stay grounded in the beautiful lands of Australia. So, we're thrilled to announce that our yoga retreat is now taking place in the breath-taking Byron Bay at the prestigious Soma - Australia’s Leading Yoga Retreat centre! 🌿🌊
We've secured exclusive use of this haven, ensuring an immersive and transformative experience for all of you. In addition, we've teamed up with the incredible Kate from Pachamama’s Pantry to cater for us during the seven blissful days.
Get ready for an extraordinary journey into self-discovery and well-being with the highest quality Yoga, QiGong, Embodiment, and Breathwork training imaginable. Katie and David are dedicated teachers who are not just instructors; we are passionate learners who will cocoon you in a loving embrace throughout our time together.
The retreat is all-inclusive, excluding alcohol, and features daily morning yoga (7:30 - 8:00) and evening yoga (4:30 - 6:00). Dive deeper with optional classes on meditation, yoga philosophy, and the neuroscience behind that post-yoga glow. Experience Clarity Breathwork sessions from the certified practitioner David, Zen Thai massages from Katie, and playful workshops exploring the sacred anatomical alignment of yoga shapes.

To lock in the super early bird pricing of $2780, a $300 deposit secures your spot. Feel free to PM for account details – spaces are filling up fast! Full payment is ideally required by 2nd February, a 6 month payment plan is available. Full fee after 2nd February is $3,100.
