Byron SBP Business Lunch
Event description
Guest speakers Wal Foster, Bec Villanti and Pip Sumbak will share their experience in leading a food and people movement that, with collaboration as the key, collectively contributed to the support of our region when it was most in need.
Celebrating collaboration across our region, Sourdough Business Pathways presents their signature business lunch at Barrio on Thursday 28 July.
Wal Foster, Chef & Founder of Natural Ice-Cream Australia; an artisan small batch, gut-health focussed ice cream produced in Brunswick Heads.
Bec Villanti, Co-Founder of Jonny; a sustainably focused and conscious condom brand, and Operations Manager for Mosey On Inn Group including local dining stand-out’s Eltham Pub, Ciao Mate and You Beauty.
Pip Sumbak, Chef & Owner of Pip’s Plate, an immersive, open fire food experience. Currently based in the Byron region, Pip has brought open-fire cooking experiences across the world as well as curated menu design for luxury surf and ski resorts in her travels.
Join us for lunch, to develop relationships and create synergies to thrive now and into the future.
