Connect and share your vision for arts, culture and the creative industries in Byron Shire.
Byron Shire Council invites you to attend an Arts and Creative Industries Forum on 25 November 2022 at Brunswick Picture House to brainstorm ideas for the creative future of Byron Shire with key collaborators and organisations. This event is an opportunity for artists, creatives and industry to connect and provide feedback.
The event will consist of two panel discussions with arts industry professionals and organisation and consultation opportunities.

- Lindy Lee, Contemporary Artist
- Zoe Pollock, Byron Bay Writers Festival
- Libby Lincoln, Northern Rivers Performing Arts
- Jane Fuller, Arts Northern Rivers
- Melissa Lucashenko, Writer
- Brett Haylock, Brunswick Picture House
- Mick O’Regan, ABC broadcaster as MC
Key arts organsations and Council staff working in the arts and creative industries will be available at the event.
Byron Shire Council is developing an Arts and Culture Action Plan to guide Council’s involvement and investment in arts and cultural activities. To inform the Action Plan you are invited to join us in person at the Arts and Creative Industries Forum or make a written submission when the document is on exhibition.
A light lunch will be provided.
