Outdoor staff to finish at 12:00pm (time to shower and change)
All Council offices will be closing at 1:00pm
Shuttle buses available to assist all staff in getting home safely
If it is your normal working day and you are attending the party, your timesheet should reflect your standard working day (i.e. 7hrs for indoor staff and 8.5hrs for outdoor staff).
If it is your normal working day and you are not attending the party, you will need to apply for leave as the party is a work event held during work hours. Leave is to be from 1:00pm (or 12pm if you are outdoor staff/Recovery Centre) and should be reflected on your timesheet.
If it is not your normal working day, you are encouraged to attend, however time at the party is not recorded on your timesheet.
