Somatic Sabbatical is a home for transformative Breathwork, Spinal Energetics and Somatic Healing events.

We host collaborative journeys where people can take a hands-on holistic approach to their healing, and promote intuitive growth within themselves.

Our events are for people who are ready to transmute old thinking patterns and limited belief systems by working with their own body, breath and energy field. We create room for the nervous system to process and release what talking alone can't reach.

Somatic Sabbatical exists for people who want to experience real shifts, beyond just relaxation.
