Bystander Conversations

Join ARC Gender Relations, Men and Family Centre as they unpack what it means to be an active bystander. During this one day workshop you will:

• Explore an  understanding of domestic, family and sexual violence and trauma
• Reflect on gender-based, and other forms of violence, in everyday conversations and situations
• Look at  how gendered social norms and subtle sexist attitudes are linked to disrespectful and abusive behaviours
• Develop practical skills to question and challenge abusive and disrespectful words and actions
