Sunrise Breathwork and Reiki Flow

Location: Malabar Beach

Hey fam! Join us for our first Sunrise Breathwork session for 2025!

Schedule:

-5:15AM: The space will open for people to be smoked and cleansed in to be energetically aligned with the healing space.

- 5:30AM: Start
Starting with a simple guided breathwork flow led by Tara, a skilled breathwork facilitator, and Alycia, a certified Reiki master. Together, these two experienced practitioners work with energy healing to enhance your healing experience, awakening both your body and mind.

- Journaling: Take time to reflect and write. Journaling helps clear blockages and allows you to script out the life you want to live, giving you clarity and intention.

- Feel free to take this time for reflection, a cleansing swim or what ever you feel called to end the session with. The fresh ocean water can help you cleanse and reset after a morning of healing, helping to wash away any lingering energies and rejuvenate your spirit.

- 7:00AM (ish):Join us for a coffee and or some breaky at “Malabar Beach Cafe” .

What to Bring:

- Yoga mat (to lay on)

- Swimmers & Towel

- Small blanket or throw rug

- Small cushion and eye mask (if you like)

- Journal & pen

- Water
